− Die Frage, ob ein Late-Check-Out - auch gegen Aufpreis - möglich sei, wurde bereits im Vorfeld am Telefon sehr unfreundlich verneint. Frühstück gab es bis 10 Uhr. Als ich um 9:35 Uhr zum Frühstück erschien, wurde dies kommentiert mit "Sie sind aber spät. Schaffen Sie das bis 10 Uhr?" Ich denke bei verbleibenden 25 Minuten bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit ist dieser Hinweis überflüssig und übergriffig. Nicht gastfreundlich, nicht serviceorientiert.
