Tudo muito bom, funcionários, café da manhã, localização. Vc se sente em casa. Com ctz voltarei a me hospedar com eles, ja estou programando a volta pra ver o Natal luz.

A equipe é sensacional, cortês e muito educada. Tem uma boa localização e pude fazer várias coisas a pé. Café da manhã excelente e a atenção com meus filhos me conquistou. Oferecem um chá da tarde em alguns dias que é um mimo! Certeza que voltarei.

O café da manhã foi excelente e a localização é muito boa (~10 mins a pé da rua coberta). Os atendentes também são todos muito educados, prestativos, e atenciosos.

− A vista ao lado não é das melhores. A varanda do meu quarto estava de frente para um terreno abandonado com poças de lama, mato, e entulho.

Ótimo café da manhã, equipe do hotel muito gentil e prestativa, e localização excelente.

− Sinceramente, não encontrei nada de que não tenha gostado. Vale ficar atento, porém, que o hotel cobra uma taxa de 10% — não obrigatória e deixam isto claro — revertida aos funcionários (pelo que percebi, é uma prática comum em alguns hotéis de Gramado). Paguei a taxa pelo bom atendimento que recebi, mas é algo que vale a pena saber com antecedência.
