The staff are the absolute best, so attentive without being intrusive. The drivers are always so friendly and polite. This was our second time staying and I’m sure we will be back again.

Fijn hotel. Ligt iets buiten het centrum maar ze bieden een gratis shuttle service aan. Top! Ook via het hotel een scooter gehuurd. Lekker zwembad en ruime kamer

The hotel’s resort had a fabulous pool as well as in our villa. The hotel very kindly gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe 2 bed bungalow which was beautiful. It was very spacious. The hotel also offered free shuttle service at selected times to the town center which was very convenient. The hotel were very quick at responding to our messages when trying to book taxis.

− The property is located 5-10 mins driving from kuta town center so you need to take a taxi, it is not possible to walk. The taxi app is not in operation on the island so it is necessary to reserve a taxi with the hotel. It would be more convenient if you had a moped or your own transport staying at this hotel.
