Restaurant is an Authentic Thai restaurant, no English dishes available No Breakfast service provided despite being shown on website Door from car park locked so you have to walk round the hotel to the front door Lovely antiques!!

I was made most welcome on my arrival. The room was clean and a comfortable bed. Hot water and tea and coffee facilities. All that I required from my stay. Happy to return next time I am in the area

Booked a kingsize room and got a double. Paid half of price for room as deposit but had to pay full price of room on arrival on Saturday!!!!

An old-fashioned hotel in an old building but there's nothing wrong with that - it has character, unlike a lot of modern anodyne ones. Service was exceptional: accommodating and friendly. It is located dead in the centre of the old town and is ideally placed for exploring it (and for staggering back from the pubs!). It also has a well regarded Thai restaurant on the ground floor, so no need to go far if you don't want to. There is free parking at the back. I would certainly stay again if I was in the area.
