Großzügiges Haus mit Mängeln

Das Haus liegt idyllisch inmitten eines groß anlegten parkänlichen Garten. Rundum befindet sich ein Gewerbegebiet. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und bietet viel Platz auch für große Gruppen.

− Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung findet per Mail statt. Die Sauberkeit in der Luxus Villa ließ an einigen Stellen wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Die Bäder sind deutlich reparaturbedürftig. Der große Pool war nicht in Betrieb genommen. Frühzeitige Reklamation wurden ja zur " Kenntniss" genommen. Nach der Vermietung wurde im Gegenzug ein vermeintlicher Defekt eines Bettes unterstellt....Keine nähere Information des Vermieters....Nach langem Email Verkehr und einigen Wochen wurde die Kaution überwiesen und schnell ein Teil für den vermeintlichen Defekt einbehalten... Von den uns dargelegten wesentlichen Mängel war auch keine Rede mehr.

Super Villa für große Gruppen. Der Pool ist natürlich auch ein Highlight.

− Etwas lange Wartezeit auf die Rücküberweisung der Kaution. Aber wurde geklärt.

Nice spacious villa, with many rooms and close to beautiful Celle.

Nice big villa with lots of space and all necessities available for even a bigger group for 5 days. Location close to Celle central and short drive to Hanover.

− Garden could use a tidy up. Bit complicated to get in contact with host, but everything worked out.
