Pas digne d’un Radisson blu Hotel
7.0L’hôtel est bien situé dans Amsterdam. Les lieux de visites sont facilement accessibles à pieds. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Aussi bien de mets sucrés que salés.
− L’accueil n’a pas été très agréable. Nous avons voulu nous enregistrer sur les tablettes et l’homme de l’hôtel s’est montré très excédé voir très désagréable. De plus, nous n’avons reçu aucune information concernant les horaires de déjeuner et autres. Quant à la chambre, elle est jolie au premier abord mais comporte des points problématiques. Entre autre, la télévision accrochée au mur qui ne tient pas correctement (elle a failli tomber!). Bref, pour un Radisson blu Hotel, je suis très déçue de la qualité et n’y reviendrai certainement pas.

9.0Location was excellent, everything was clean and worked well. Breakfast was excellent and overall everyone was very friendly. It was a trip for my birthday and we got our room upgraded on arrival and they worked with my partner to get a banner/balloons/cake in the room for our arrival which was lovely.

Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Extra beds are only available upon request and against a supplement charge. All special requests are only guaranteed after confirmation from the hotel. The hotel will check the validity of the credit card. If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will be provided 24 hours to provide the hotel with a new valid credit card.
