The room size was great for the amount of people we had

− Couldn’t check in until 5pm kept saying a “maintenance issue” then we were told the water slide was out of service.

− The facilities are dated, and the pool slide was out of order during the entire stay.

− The water slide was out of order, the gym equipment was out of order, the games room had 2 games and was extremely disappointing. Not as advertised. The only reason we booked here was for those things. Very expensive stay for a very basic hotel. Myself and the were disappointed
