Location to I40

− People “living” there, and the old bitter small man working at 4am, that hates guests. What an inhospitable little troll. I will Never stay at Ramada IKC again.

Should be shut down.

Nothing.

− Everything. Bedbugs in my first room which they had someone staying in the next night… I have video proof. The next room had no dead bolt and my door was left open while I was gone at one point and was told the cameras could only be checked by management. Worst of all, the customer service from Jeff. When I arrived, there was a shift change and he said it would be a minute. I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes speaking with Booking.com because I was a day late for my multi day reservation. They called Jeff and he said there was no one there under my name to which I said I was sitting right there. Because they could not charge my account the first night they canceled the reservation. Then he hung up on the Booking.com agent. The next day, I stated, I lost my charger in the previous room. The night staff looked through the Lost and Found bin, but it wasn’t there. The next day I asked Jeff to look and he said they didn’t provide that service. I pointed out where the Lost and Found was, and he pulled out one charger and would not let me look at any other others… he left me at the front desk again to scold another guest before that and I stated it was not good customer service to leave people at the desk unattended like he did the first night and he told me not to tell him how to do his job. Also there’s a fee for everything. $16 fee per night per pet. $10 charge to bring breakfast back to your room. Also, if you bring any guests by your room 9pm-9am you get charged $50 per person.

Overall, it was a peaceful stay no complaints about loudness or bad area of the property was near places to eat and shop

Had a good working a/c, a comfortable bed, a cold fridge

− Tiny ants on the table and roaches in the bathroom, dirty (mold) shower curtain I kindly asked the person at the front desk if he had a clean one he stated “we probably don’t, I will check & give your room a call” which he never did so I went and bought me one just to shower, maybe it was just the 1st floor experience because I’ve stayed here before and had no issues then I was on the 3rd floor

Breakfast was subpar but the breakfast isn’t the problem with this hotel. Read on

− The first room they gave me smelled mouldy. The second room was also discusting but they wouldn’t give me another room. The ceiling fan was shaking and really loud. The light in the corner of the room was strobing really fast. The bathroom door was falling off the wall. The shower curtain rod was broken and falling off. The floor of the tub was gross. The room was discusting. I’m attaching photos. Wyndham hotel chain should be embarrassed they put their name on this hotel. One more thing. The had the nerve to take a $50 breakage deposit you don’t. Get back for about 2 weeks.
