1.0We left too early for breakfast, so NA. Proximity to airport good. Beds good. Towels adequate.
− Water from toilet floor seal leaking to make bathroom floor wet. Pool supposedly not available due to chemical mix? I would like to have gone in.

Very clean and updated. They just need to install taller toilets.
8.0The breakfast was served only until 9:30 and I didn't get up early enough to get some. Maybe extending it until 10 would be a little better.
− The room was extremely cold. I turned off the a/c on the wall but it still kept blowing air. I did turn up the temperature somewhat and that helped a bit but I would have liked to have it off altogether. I actually slept with a sweater on under all the blankets. My flight was late getting in. I had to ask some other driver for help to find a ride. I was able to get one with that suggestion and got to the hotel at 2:30 a.m. I had called earlier to warn of my delay and asked about taxi service but the person I spoke to had no idea if there was any. I think you should have suggestions for people with the same problem since you only offer shuttle service until midnight. It was a stress I could have done without.
