We did not enjoy our stay here.

Nothing

− The bed was uncomfortable, the shower head was too low. Which made you have to squat down to wash your hair. The commode wouldn’t flush right. We paid for two nights and checked after night one. They said we could get a refund for the second night, but the manager on duty said he couldn’t refund us. We would have to get a hold of Booking.com. I have yet to get ahold of anyone about my refund

The beds were comfortable

− For the price “the breakfast” was just oatmeal packets or honey buns then it advertised the pool open so when we got there they said the pool wasn’t open and they don’t even know when they were going to open it this season, you can’t use the front door to check in it’s non functional they made you walk around and find a side door then find the lobby, the staff was rude and not friendly

Rate was reasonable

− Room was dirty carpet. Towel rack by sink torn off the wall, mildewed shower ceiling, and rusted air vents on the ceiling. Half of the light bulbs in the room did not work including the toilet room, unacceptable. There were very few trash cans located outside around the property for use, I think I saw one near the office. The main doors into the office lobby were locked and boarded up forcing everybody to gain access from the side doors. This was a huge turnoff upon checking into the room. The breakfast could not be considered that. worst I've ever seen as far as selection they had bananas one morning out of three that I was there and I was always there soon after start. If the intent by Wyndham is to make properties like this more appealing and have a higher standard it is completely not working.

Service from the front desk was average but the room was filthy. It was infested with cockroaches. Whenever I told the front desk about the situation they were more than happy to return my money but that doesn't help the infestation of cockroaches that got into my bags as well as my boots.
