Great location, wonderful staff, and an enjoyable stay overall.
7.0The location was excellent, with everything we needed within walking distance. Pratunam Night Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, numerous shops, restaurants, and laundry services were all conveniently nearby, making it a perfect base for our stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to **Shin** and **Trik**, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference. The hotel is also situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful environment away from the busy streets while still being close to all the main attractions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
− The room was smaller than we expected, especially for a family, and felt quite compact during our stay. The absence of a wardrobe made it difficult to organize and store our clothes, which was inconvenient for a longer stay. Housekeeping was provided daily, which we appreciated. However, there is room for improvement in the overall quality and attention to detail during the cleaning process.
