The villa was beautiful, with a bath tub and balcony which had a good view on the rice fields. The room was very clean. We used all facilities; spa and massage, swimming pool (infinity pool with nice lights and beautiful view!), laundry service and the restaurant (good menu). All facilities were very nice!

Мы взяли самый дорогой номер, он был в полном порядке в смысле чистоты, размера, удобства, удобства кроватей, видов с балконов и др. Номер реально очень хороший.
Вид с балконов как отдельный плюс, за этим ты сюда и едешь.
Завтрак шведский стол просто великолепен - много, сытно, вкусно.
Бассейн очень хорош, а вид от него - это просто wow.
Хороший сервис, заботливое отношение.
Хороший Wi-Fi, удобное рабочее место.
Отель красивый и облагороженный, всё чисто и симпатично, там приятно находиться, во всех зонах.
Есть и завтраки, и обеды, и ужины, что есть огромный плюс. Но не всегда всё есть.
Есть спа, сауна, массаж и тд. Всё работает.
Есть аренда байков, цена хорошая.
− Учитывая, что номер был всё же не первой свежести (хоть и не старый), и учитывая, что дрова для камина не входят в цену (не ясно, почему), я не могу сказать, что соотношение цена-качество идеальное. Оно хорошее, но за эту цену ожидаешь бОльшего.
Сервис overall реально хороший, но есть элементы знаменитого "Вьетнамского сервиса". Это сложно объяснить тем, кто не жил долгое время во Вьетнаме. Это что-то типа мелких недостатков, которые встречаются в самых нелогичных местах и чаще всего связаны с азиатской недостаточной конкретностью. Здесь у нас было два примера:
1) Мы заказали сауну, заранее выяснили все условия, узнали, что стандартный нагрев этой сауны - до 90 градусов Цельсия, и что для того, чтобы её успели нагреть до этого состояния, нужно заказать сауну за 30-40 минут до начала сеанса, что мы и сделали. Когда мы пришли, температура была около 60 градусов, с комментарием персонала "ей нужно время, чтобы нагреться". Нам пришлось уйти и вернуться через 15 минут ещё раз. Кроме того, после первого пара мы отдохнули и, вернувшись , увидели, что нагрев выключен, а температура упала (наш сеанс продолжался). Вьетнамский сервис... благо мы здесь давно. В общем, мы поржали и ушли :) Сауну оплатили, не стали спорить. Может, когда-то кто-то что-то поймёт :))
2) Мне нужны были красивые точки на покататься-посмотреть в округе. Я спросил совета на ресепшн, получил одну точку, выяснил детали, спросил ещё, мне сказали: "А всё, только одна". Одна красивая точка. В Сапе. :)))
Всё, что описано выше, - это мелочи и -1 балл. Ещё один балл мы снимаем за 1 вещь, которая просто жесть. Однажды нам не повезло попасть на ужин от НЕ поваров. Суть в том, что мы получили отвратительный (отвечаю за свои слова) ужин с бургером, где вместо котлеты были нарезанные ломтики курицы (это не бургер), и с клаб сэндвичем, который тоже не был клаб сэндвичем, + в котором бекон был то ли варёным, то ли вообще не обработанным.

Geweldig uitzicht, mooi zwembad en prima ontbijt. Vanuit het hotel loop je zo de rijstvelden in.
− Locatie is prima als je een scooter bij de receptie huurt. 20 minuten naar sapa, prima voor ons. In directe omgeving is weinig te doen.
