Horrible.

− The customer service was awful, not accommodating at all. We had a family emergency and had to leave a night early during our stay, no refund, credit or even partial refund was issued. Additional charges were added after full payment upon checking in and we were charged way more for the room than the online price when we booked. Location is awful! Parking is not ideal, a lot of homeless people roaming around.

− Not clean enough, breakfast is not good
Stay in the heart of downtown Sudbury, close to everything you might need.
8.0Located right downtown close to the train station and main arena.
− Some people may be put off by the rather large homeless population, but at no time did I feel unsafe.
The hotel is im bad condition, no clean the room with bad odor but the breakfast was fine

− Workers are in bad mood and they don’t want to help clients
Rooms are not clean, I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed

− The bed had stain, bathroom had long hair from another quest and staff were not friendly.

10.0My room was clean and well appointed. Staff i encounter was very nice and did everything i asked. Breakfast was good and fresh. Hotel is pet friendly which was good. Its i. Downtown clise to all amenities Parking is free for guest staying at the hotel Will be back. Thank you
