4.0Location was good, but overall condition was not good.
− ROOM 104, first floor. The room smelled bad. I ordered for a double bed but instead was given two small beds which didn't make sense to me. The corridor through which to access the room was full people making noise and a saloon and spa right next to my room entrance. The carpet in the room was also dirty. I liked the welcome at the reception, but the room was disappointing. I dont know if all the rooms are like this but they refused to change my room when i asked for a change.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

− I was very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the reception staff. I stayed at this hotel for several days, and unfortunately, my experience was unpleasant. The reception staff were unprofessional, and I felt that they were not honest with me. Their attitude towards guests was unacceptable

− I was very disappointed with the unprofessional and dishonest attitude of the reception staff towards me. The housekeeping service was also terrible. The rooms were not properly cleaned at all. The cleaning staff would simply enter the room, spend about a minute inside, and leave very quickly without actually cleaning anything. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the reception service and the cleanliness.
