1.0− Nous avons été informés qu il risquait d’y avoir un problème d’ascenseur. Ayant beaucoup de bagages on a demandé une chambre dans un étage inférieur. On nous a certifié à l’arrivée que les ascenseurs archaiebt donc avo t eu des chambres au 3e étage. Le lendemain les ascenseurs ne marchaient pas. J’ai du descendre tous les bagages par l’escalier, seule. Le membre du personnel a l’accueil a catégoriquement refusé de venir m’aider. Pendant la canicule. (40 degrés à Paris ce jour là). C’edt un Cleo t qui m’a aidé. Inacceptable!

3.0The rooms are very small and dingy. We were given room on the top floor and the room was like an attic. We got back to the hotel after a late night show at the Moulin Rouge to find that the elevator was not working. Hauling up 7 floors after a long day was unacceptable. The same happened the next day when we returned in the afternoon. It was appalling to say the least!
− The size if the rooms were too small. The malfunctioning elevator was a nightmare! I have stayed at many Ibis hotels in the past and this one did not meet the basic expectations of one. I would not recommend this place at all.

Clean and comfortable place to stay.
10.0Overall, we had a good stay. The place was clean and comfortable with a convenient location near public transport. It was also only about a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
