10.0We have been going 8 consecutive yrs! Howard Johnson Plaza on 12th street is literally 20 steps to Beach! Cross boardwalk and your there! Great location, Always clean, and Wonderful Staff! Highly recommend!!

9.0The rooms were fine - clean and spacious enough in the bed area. Lobby had nice amenities for coffee and tea and water. The parking was good - The staff was super nice! Cleaning staff was super accommodating and friendly! They always asked if we needed anything when they saw us...so nice! The location for beach was great and the restaurant was terrific! the food choices were to our liking and the kids liking!
− The loading zone could be a drive up one...The Pool area needs its own bathroom....There should be an outside shower area or spigot to get the sand off before entering the building like in other places we stayed at. The bathrooms in our rooms were very tight for us. Could be a bit bigger. And I would like a toaster either in the room or by the microwave in the lobby.
