Our family had the most wonderful stay at Villa Camellia. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and completely at home. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even more beautiful than the photos. The private pool was fantastic, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were absolutely incredible—so kind, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel so well looked after. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of our trip. One of the highlights of our stay was having the staff organise a BBQ lunch at the villa when our friends came to visit. Everything was beautifully prepared, the food was absolutely delicious, and it made hosting our friends so easy and enjoyable. It was such a special experience and something we’ll always remember. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. We loved spending time by the pool, enjoying meals together, and simply soaking up the beautiful surroundings. Thank you to everyone at Villa Camellia for making our Bali holiday so special. We left with wonderful memories and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend Villa Camellia to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay in Bali.

Gorgeous Spacious Villa

Breakfast was good! PreOrder the day before and let them know what time. Ladies were very quiet and did not disturb us at all while cooking. The Villa is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. We didn't even get to use some of the living spaces, like the upstairs seating and wet bar with refrigerator... spent most of our time in the pool or sightseeing. Our last day we did have on site massage and facial in our villa, which was amazing. Location is a 2 minute walk to all of the beach restaurants you could want.

− Just a suggestion more than something I didn't like. Make sure and put the bread and fruit on the table first. That lets guests to get seated and then the hot breakfast comes out still hot. Our first day, they delivered the breakfast to the table first and it was barely warm, still delicious, but we didn't want to offend anyone by going and microwaving our plates. Fruit came after. Our second day they did the fruit first, so everything was nice and hot served to us since we were already seated.

The place was luxurious and so well positioned. Staff were amazing. Rina and Tia went over and above their duties. We felt welcome days before our check-in. Communication upfront from Adi was warm and hospitable. Will recommend and certainly come back again.

Everything. The smooth check in, the staff, the food, the location, the serenity, the design! The attention to detail, the consideration of anything you might need. Having massages on site was brilliant and the breakfasts were such a luxury highlight for us.

− Nothing. The entire experience was incredible. We all like to read at night, so beside lamps upstairs would have been great as well as switches for the beside lamps downstairs (they were wall operated) but lamps are a very small thing. The door sliding to outside was difficult to slide but having the girls around was great for this.

We couldn't fault anything, communication with villa staff prior was prompt, staff were friendly and accomodating, facilities were as good if not better than the pictures. We had a wonderful time and take away a lot of fond memories. Breakfasts each morning were great. Considering it was rainy season we were very lucky it rained at times that had reduced impact on us and in those times worked around it. We only stayed for two nights but packed in a lot of experiences in that time with enough time to enjoy the villa and all it had to offer, especially the swimming pool. I would recommend blue taxi's fixed fare for getting around, very reasonable in price. For a great deal on high quality runners, clothes and accessories - very cheap, not far from a very large coco supermarket on Jalan Uluwatu road (first main road up from the villa) - turn right when entering the road, bit of a walk but pleasant. The supermarket also has an amazing cafe adjoining it where we had an incredible lunch. Take the time to visit Uluwatu beach, the restaurant on top of the rocks on the beach was amazing for the atmosphere and go to Padang Padang Beach for a swim. Just to the left of the entrance to the beach is Dugong Restaurant, Bar and lounge were we stopped to recover from the heat and steps and relaxed for a drink and amazing views.

− Due to heavy rain one night we decided to skip and missed travelling to Kecak fire dance show on Melasti beach, which by reviews is less crowded than the Uluwatu temple Cliff top show, so sadly I can't offer a review one way or the other, but I do recommend buying tickets ahead through the Klook app, which I utilised again in Ubud and was great with electronic tickets which I saved to my apple wallet. There are many seafood restaurants in Jimbaran Bay, many with great reviews and it would have been lovely to experience a sunset dinner on the beach however due to heaving rain whilst looking for an option we chose the closest to avoid the downpour, sadly we chose Jakuna Bali Seafood not far from the villa and paid far too much for far too little, so I would choose other options.
