5.0− We book a 3 bed apartment on "booking.com" to accommodate 3 guest in this two-bedroom apartment, however, only two bed were provided, the information provided by "Mansfield" through the platform was misleading. One of our guests have to find a accommodation in somewhere else in last minutes.

7.0Great central location within walking distance of Times Square. Good communication via the booking.com app answering questions quickly. Check in was easily done with clear instructions and codes for doors. A bonus was being able to leave bags before check in and after checking out.

10.0Muy muy cómodo. Tenía todo lo necesario, al menos mi habitación: neverita, microondas, heater (importante para una caribeña), blower…etc. Pero lo más que me encantó fue el matre/colchón muy bueno y si hoyo que maten tu espalda luego de un día de caminata. Ubicación - espectacular, cerca de todo.
Worst hotel I've ever had.

− everything, broken door, ac not working and loud. Shower not working. No shower gel. Too hot.
Location was great, but since it is a very old building, it can be challenging at times.
4.0Location - very good location
− There was no hot water for the night. It came only in the morning. Also, the drain was very slow running, both the tub and the sink. Very old building, limited space.
