Old fashioned and standards not up to a 4 star hotel
5.0the staff was friendly. Especially the cleaners were very nice.
− Very old fashioned hotel. There have been works going on and the drilling was very loud and unbearable. Also I would expect at least a free bottle of water in the room. And please add a toilet brush.
CLean and comfortable hotel in a lovely part of Madrid
9.0Loved the location, very clean and comfortable hotel with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and very close to metro station.
− Our only complaint concerns the shower. It was one of those where whatever you did, the bathroom floor was going get badly splattered with water. It made showering an unpleasant experience. But the water was nice and strong!

− No tenian servicio de cafeteria en la habitacion y tampoco de agua embotellada. El precio era muy alto para las comodidades del hotel.
