1.0− The staff was not friendly at all. Made me wait 10 minutes to check in with the next staff because it was near the end of her shift. The room was disgusting. Stains on bedspread, on the shower curtain, and the mirrors had fingerprints on them. I refused to stay and requested a refund.
Horrible the bed had no comfort to it the mattress is too thin on the wrong size bed frame
1.0For the place supposed to have had an upgrade the hotel door would not close the bed and the bedframe does not fit one another a twin bed mattress and a full frame and it’s made out of iron and you hit yourself on the iron as you’re trying to get in and out of the bed because the mattress does not fit the base part of the bed wasn’t all that clean and I was tired never again stay there

5.0I liked that they were able to give me a different room due to the first one was not to my liking.
− The first room had a odor, the bathroom floor had water all over, the furniture was peeling, and red stains on the comforter.
It was uncomfortable and it took awhile for the air to work
