1.0− The elevator was out of service and they had me a room reserved on the 3rd floor. I have a bad knee and wasn’t going to be able to climb 3 flights of stairs. So the guy on duty told me I could cancel my reservation without a penalty, but I was still charged for a room I never stayed in
Overall our stay was very good.
