3.0Breakfast was nice. Lobby was nice. Our first room was okay.
− 2nd room has several issues wrong with it...I submitted a list to the checkout bucket when leaving because I wasn't able to find an employee. Wasn't able to find one to talk with the prior night. Would like to talk about a potential refund but nobody around...can't get them on the phone either.

1.0I like that Raymond was an amazing person. I came in at 1am and he came and fixed my television with no problem. You need more workers like him. His customer service skills were great and he deserves recognition for his actions.
− That my towels were dirty and pillow case was pink. My roo. Was not clean. Nobody cared.
