The position is great

− The showers are both broken we went there two years ago and already mentioned to the managers that one of the showers needed repairs therefore we were shocked to see that now even the second shower is not working- there was no hot water in the sink… no water in the fridge honestly the most sloppy and poor welcoming ever. And fur the price definitely not worth it. Totally disappointing

Excellent start to our touring holiday of the Venetto and lakes. Spacious and very clean apartment for family of 4 with older teenagers. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine great to have - bring tablets. Locations excellent- a stone's throw from the San Silvestro water bus terminal. Plenty of eateries in the area and walkable to most key attractions. Lots of steep steps to reach apartment, fine if relatively fit. We loved it!

− Our error- 20 minute walk from key pick up with 2 large cases - would bring smaller cases (×4)when returning so think carefully about luggage!
