9.0Los propietarios son muy atentos, contestan bastante rápido. Me preocupaba un poco encontrar el apartamento sin problemas, ya que leí en algunos comentarios que era un poco difícil, pero las indicaciones que te dan para entrar al apartamento y usar los códigos son súper fáciles. La ubicación es genial, ya que estás en un barrio de visita obligatoria que puedes aprovechar para ir descubriendo mientras vas de camino a otros sitios, la zona del “centro” está como unos 15-20 minutos andando, aunque al lado del apartamento está la parada del tranvía 28 y son muy económicos, por lo cual si algún día estás más cansado puedes moverte con facilidad. El apartamento tiene gel de ducha, jabón de manos, secador, cafetera (nos dejaron cápsulas de café) y algunos utensilios para cocinar, todo lo que necesitas durante tu estancia
− Por decir algo negativo; Si eres un poco sensible al ruido para dormir, quizá te molesta el ruido del tranvía a primera hora de la mañana y primera de la noche, pero en mi caso dormí muy bien

8.0Appartamento top! Consiglio per chi ha bisogno di un appoggio in posizione strategica per poter girare Lisbona. Nel cuore del quartiere storico di Alfama, si raggiunge in 15m a piedi Praca do Comercio e da lì tutte le vie principali. Posizione comoda anche per fermata di bus e tram (fermata dello storico tram 28 proprio sotto il portone). Accanto alla struttura ci sono anche due coffee bar davvero buoni che consiglio. Sì accede all’appartamento tramite codice che gli host inviano prima dell’arrivo. All’interno si presenta pulito, in ordine e con tutto il necessario (kit bagno, asciugamani, phon) e ha anche un piccolo angolo cottura con frigo. Bagno senza finestra ma dotato di ventola. Per ultimo ma non meno importante, gli host sono stati davvero efficienti! Da ancor prima del nostro arrivo fino all’ultimo giorno sono stati super disponibili (mediazione tramite chat di Booking)
− Unico neo, non è ben spiegato come accedere al vero cancello della struttura poiché si trova all’interno di un patio con altre case. Ma anche in questo caso abbiamo contattato gli host che prontamente ci hanno fornito spiegazioni più dettagliate e abbiamo risolto il problema.

10.0L’emplacement dans l’Alfama, à 15mn à pied de l’hyper-centre. Le contact avec les propriétaires, tout était fluide. La propreté des lieux. Le confort du lit.
− Le seul petit bémol est la lumière du jour le matin car les rideaux ne sont pas très occultants.
