Cozy vibe and welcoming staff

Zeer slecht. Een dramatische accomodatie.
1.0Het dorp Ericeiva is heel leuk.
− Kamer heel klein, zeer gehorig, kraan badkamer kapot, vies, oud, geen warm water. Koffer of tas kun je niet uitpakken, daar is de ruimte te klein voor, er is ook geen kast. Lastig als je er twee weken wilt veblijven. Veel te duur voor wat je er voor terug krijgt. Wij zijn na twee dagen vertrokken omdat we onze vakantie niet door hun wilde verpesten. Wachten nog steeds op ons geld dat we retour hebben gevraagd.

Matig verblijf op toplocatie
7.0Dit verblijf is gelegen op een toplocatie! Je wandelt zo het centrum van Ericeira in. Parkeren kon bovendien gemakkelijk vlakbij de omliggende straten of op de parking van Continente. Moderne, ruime kamers met privé-badkamer. Verschillende gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, wat leuk is voor een remote werker zoals ik (leefruimte, buitenruimte, groot dakterras, zwembadje,...) Extra fijn dat accommodatie op voorhand contact met je opnam om check-in af te stemmen en je te informeren rond parkeermogelijkheid en dergelijke.
− Badkamer was klein, kamer over het algemeen erg klammig en koud. Je kon verwarmen met een airconditioning. Kamers zijn allesbehalve geluidsdicht en de mijne kwam uit op de drukke straatkant. In een rustigere winterperiode geen heel groot probleem, maar je hoort letterlijk ALLES, zowel van binnen als van buiten. Ook in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes was veel rumoer door personeel. Om rustig te werken dus niet de ideale plek. Door het seizoen waren er geen activiteiten, noch sfeer. Ook voor het ontbijt was helemaal niets voorzien... je kon aan het keukenmeisje vragen om iets klaar te maken, maar communicatie hierrond verliep moeilijk en ontbijt was heel pover (menu of dergelijke voorzien lijkt me goed, of ontbijt afschaffen en terugbetalen nog beter). Over het algemeen weinig uitnodigend personeel of sfeertje, niet wat ik gewoon ben van een surfhouse/guesthouse in Ericeira. Samengevat: voor de prijs die ik betaalde had ik iets helemaal anders verwacht.
