Fraud in the Inducement

This was out and out fraud. The listing claimed to be a hotel and was not. It was a seedy apartment with one of the bedrooms bolted shut.

Comfortable little place

The place was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed and check in and communication was great. Close to Stone Mountain Park where we were attending an event.

Peeling tub,peeling wallpaper,peeling paint on bathroom door,broken towel rods and other. noticiable things I had already paid didnt have time to cancel got there 3:00 in the morning but was a comforable sleep

This villa is NOT a thriller.

I actually didn't get a chance to stay at the property. After being told that there was a water leak at the property and IF I want to only use the Master Bedroom, then I could use the property. I PREPAID for the use of the whole property, not part of it. Also I was expecting to check in between 4-5:00 P.M. not after 8:00 P.M. The cleaning lady who I KNOW was also the Host was very very rude. After speaking to her about the situation. I thought that it would be in my best interest not to stay at the property.
