Quarto limpo, espaçoso, bem localizado e organizado, porém, funcionária que atende durante a estadia muito rude e antipática.
− Demoramos 30min para acessar o quarto. Primeiramente houve demora para acessar o hall de entrada. Mesmo interfonando não fomos atendidos. Quando foi liberado o acesso ao hall, eis que o elevador de acesso ao quinto andar, aonde fica o B&B Attico simplesmente não funcionava. Estávamos viajando em familia, 2 crianças e varias malas… complicado subir 5 andares a pé… Enfim, deixamos as malas no hall e subimos ao quinto andar. Chegando lá, tudo trancado, sem ninguém para recepcionar. Levamos as malas ao quarto andar e ficamos tentando contato com o B&B Attico. Ligamos para todos os telefones disponíveis e ninguém nos atendeu. A moradora do 4 andar deve ter ouvido toda a movimentação e gentilmente nos ofereceu ajuda. Ligou para o responsável do B&B Attico e somente então a porta de acesso ao hotel foi liberada. Tivemos que subir um lance de escada. Pois bem. Conseguimos acessar o quarto e deu tudo certo. De manhã, o checkout estava marcado para as 10:30hs. Já estávamos prontos, nos preparando para sair, fazendo toda a função com as crianças, quando a funcionaria bateu de maneira extremamente rude e grosseira em nossa porta, nos pedindo para sair…. Minhas filhas se assustaram tamanha falta de sensibilidade. Ou seja, ficamos 30’min para conseguir acessar o quarto no dia do checkin, por puro descaso da equipe B&B e na hora de sair seria mais do que justo 30 min a mais de permanência, certo?!

Hotel bien decorado muy cercano al centro de Florencia. Zona tranquila, pero con restaurantes y muy buena cafetería justo al lado. La habitación cuenta con una preciosa terraza con vistas. Volvería sin duda a repetir.
− Quizás que no haya recepción durante todo el día. No pudimos dejar las maletas por la tarde antes de coger nuestro vuelo, aunque hay .muchos sitios donde dejarlas en el centro de Florencia
