Property not suitable for rental. There’s not even an office you could have problems resolved. Left on your own. Poor kitchen facilities. Overall state of the room is poor.

This place was damaged in the hurricane and the website reflects amenities that were probably available prior to the storm, but certainly not now. We arrived to find damaged front door and a sliding glass door that didn't lock. When I complained to the manager, I was told "it's okay." When I insisted it wasn't ok, he left and came back with a pin to lock the two sliders together, which left us with limited usage of the balcony because of the difficulty of locking the door. The balcony was filthy, with chairs that needed to be washed (animal poop on both). There was a coffee pot, but no cups or coffee. There were no utensils or dishes. The unit needed to be cleaned!! Everything was sticky. The dining table, the floor, the countertops - everything. It was as if someone had used a dirty mop and rag to wipe the place down. At this point, I had already made two complaints to the manager, and didn't want to call again, so I did my best to clean up with the limited supplies provided. The TV was Netflix/Roku only. No local channels, no regular TV, just Netflix/Roku. Then when I took a shower, the water never got hot. Luke warm, at best, if I was lucky. The website states it has a rainfall shower. No. It was a regular, small showerhead. And then to top it all off, after we left, we were charged a $60 cleaning charge. No one ever came to clean! When I contacted the hotel, they refused to remove that charge, although Hotels.com gave me a voucher. Will never stay here again
