10.0A stay that went far beyond good service My parents just spent five days at this hotel with my grandmother, and I have to write this because the level of care they received deserves to be said out loud. My grandmother has limited mobility and can only walk short distances. The hotel provided a wheelchair for the entire stay, free of charge, no fuss. What stood out even more was the staff's attentiveness: the moment they saw her coming, someone was already there to push the wheelchair, open doors, or carry bags. Every single staff member treated her and my parents with genuine warmth, kindness and patience, not just politeness. As a birthday gift (she turned 100 during the stay), the hotel upgraded my parents to a nicer room with a connecting door to hers, so they could stay close and keep an eye on her comfort throughout the trip. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and it made a real difference. The food was excellent across the board, generous portions and genuinely good flavor. My grandmother is a local with high standards and an excellent cook herself, and even she was impressed. Breakfast buffet was a highlight too. Rooms were spotless, and the live music at the rooftop bar every evening was a lovely way to end the day. This is the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel stand out, not just the amenities, but the people. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with elderly relatives who need extra care and attention.
− The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, with not a lot of restaurants nearby. It didn't matter for my family though, since they stayed on-site the entire trip and the hotel had everything they needed and more.

− To many check up if everything is okay. I appreciate it but if there was something wrong i would've call about it. I think everyone would.
This hotel serves my own purpose when I visit Soreang.

− Parking.....why must with those parking gates.?? Your competitor Sutan Raja does not have one.

9.0Saya sangat suka dengan Hotel ini sdh 2 X saya mengadakan event di hotel ini. Tetapi baru 1 X menginap. Saat saya menginap kamar hotel Kami (saya memesan 2 kamar) di up grade dari Classic Room ke Deluxe Room .. Terimakasih Management Hotel atas compliment yang diberikan. Kamar Deluxe nya luas, bersih dan nyaman. Breakfastnya Juga banyak macamnya, Parkiran Luas dan banyak tempat untuk anak2 bermain. Next Event.. InsyaAllah Tahun depan bisa di tempat ini lagi.
