10.0Budget and family friendly. Nice selection for breakfast and delicious! Rooms clean and lots of room in the room with 2 t.v.s. Staff helpful and courteous. Right next door to a slew of restaurants, entertainment and shopping at Hamilton Mall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Black mold, water leaks, structural damage, overall cleanliness issues
2.0The rooms were really bad, but the staff was friendly. Mold in the showers, damage between the drywall and shower, doors that did not close properly, dirty couch pillows, exposed nails from the trim around the baseboards, etc. Cleanliness was not just an issue in our room, the problem spanned across multiple rooms. Our entire dance team and their families stayed, all expressing similar issues.

2.0Sunday afternoon the staff member was amazing. Took care of our needs amazingly. Monday morning the breakfast staff seemed incompetent there was no breakfast left and he was only refilling dry food while about 15-20 of us were waiting for eggs and meat. The room was ok other than the peeling paint. The pool smelled horrible like nasty bath water that hadn't been cleaned in months. There was exposed wiring in the lobby that the staff stated that was there when it was another hotel company and I guess they didnt feel like fixing it when they bought it. Overall I'd find another hotel in the area. There's multiple others to choose from.
