1.0− three of the four elevators were out. The room was not refreshed. The halls were not cleaned. We were told they were short staffed. They were going to give us a reduction of the room rate but failed to do so. We checked out a day early. very disappointed
Do not stay here. Poorly maintained facilities, no cleaning.
3.0− The rooms smelled of mildew and the facilities in general are in poor condition. Only one elevator was working for the entire building, so we often waited 10+ minutes to get up or down. I now see other reviews saying the same thing - it's not clear to me why a hotel of this size and brand would have broken elevators for over a month. Our room wasn't cleaned on any of the 3 nights we stayed here, despite us repeatedly asking the front desk. We asked in person and called down multiple times - despite many promises that the room would be cleaned, it never was. We were in town for a wedding and not having fresh towels, vacuuming, etc. was highly inconvenient. The beds themselves were very small and not particularly comfortable.

4.0− The original room had a smell. I left and came back hours later it was still there, we were luckily able to switch rooms. The 2nd room there was a constant noise and the refrigerator did not work and leaked if it was turned on.
