We were in Venice with three generations including young kids. Splendid was a perfect for our family
8.0We loved the breakfast and breakfast room, we loved our suite and the marble bathroom with bathtub, we loved the location, we loved the lively rooftop bar with music, good food and drinks and DJ.
− Unfortunately, being very hot while we were there, the were a few mosquitos as the room windows were opened up by staff during the day. The lobby area looks a bit tired, though colourful and comfortable.
Wären die dargelegten Unannehmlichkeiten nicht gewesen, wäre es ein toller Aufenthalt gewesen.
7.0Freundlichkeit, Zuvorkommenheit und Sauberkeit
− Die mir zugewiesene Junior Suite war inakzeptabel, keine Dusche nur Badewanne für m ich ein Einstieg unmöglich, dunkler Raum Fenster und Läden konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Nach einer Nacht das mir zugewiesene Superieur Zimmer war i.o. mit dem Nachteil, dass beim Ausstieg zum Balkon nur ein Fensterflügel geöffnet werden konnte, beim andern Flügel war der Arretiermechanismus defekt und war deshalb arretiert. Des weiteren bei der Buchung habe ich die Kondition Bezahlung in der Unterkunft gewählt, es wurde jedoch der volle Betrag im voraus belastet, für mich nicht akzeptabel, d.h. Vertrag nicht vollumfänglich erfüllt. Bei der noch offenen Buchung verlange ich, dass der volle Betrag in der Unterkunft bezahlt wird, bitte um entsprechende Bestätigung.
