The view , the design of the room. The decor.

− The lack of comfort for outside furniture. The annoyance of having to walk to hell and gone for pet potty. The lack of blankets.

− Attention au restaurant de l’hôtel (48 Degrees North Waterfront). Nous y avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience. Le service était catastrophique : les serveurs avaient oublié de nous apporter les couverts, aucune table n’était débarrassée et l’attente a été interminable alors que le restaurant était presque vide. Pour couronner le tout, la moitié des plats commandés a été oubliée. C’est vraiment dommage, car cela gâche l’expérience globale de l’hôtel. Je recommande de manger ailleurs. À noter que le matin pour le breakfast, l’expérience était bien meilleure
