7.0Готель простий і волночас комфортний. Ціна відповідає умовам і якості. Переночувати одну-дві ночі саме те, що потрібною. 10 хв. до станції метро.

Ми ночували з дитиною одну ніч. Все сподобалось
9.0Готель чистенький охайний, номер просторий, був фен, чайник, телевізор, холодильник. Розташування: близько до метро та наявні поблизу місця де можна перекусити на будь-який смак.

7.0Зручне розташування - практично прямий виїзд на Житомирське шосе. Поряд метро, АТБ і Пузата хата. Уважний персонал, що відкликаються на побажання мешканців. Дуже демократична ціна і внутрішня парковка
− Зупиняємося на Житомирській не перший раз. Нажаль, змушені відмітити - якість поступово падає: вода в душі не сходить, не працювала лампочка в основному світильнику, пульта від кондиціонера не було... Сподіваємося, менеджери звернуть на це увагу - ми хочемо до вас ще повернутися!
