Amazing stay!
10.0We had an amazing stay at Pendry Newport Beach. Unfortunately, our VRBO canceled on us right before our trip, leaving us scrambling for accommodations while traveling with our toddler. The Pendry team completely turned the situation around. They listened to what we needed, went above and beyond to accommodate our family, and even upgraded us to two neighboring suites at no additional charge. That level of kindness and generosity completely changed our vacation. Beyond that, every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and it’s clear the team truly cares about creating exceptional guest experiences. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they did and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making a stressful situation into such a memorable stay!

− property was very comfortable and enjoyable. Cannot say the same once we left the property, we experienced a few instances of obvious racism in the mall with clerks and also patrons while out for dinner. For this reason we will not be returning to the area.

10.0Very nice and well maintained at a perfect location. 1.5BR ste was huge with 2 full showers and sofa bed was PERFECT for 3!
