− Reservei e paguei por 3 quartos de luxe maiores. E nao foi pouco. Um quarto foi correto, os outros 2 eram pessimos, minusculos, sem espaco para abrir as malas, na de luxo, sem cafeteira, Tv, nao tinha knde secar toalhas ou roupa, sem abertura janela. Bem inferior ao que pagamos. E apesar de ter reclamado ja no primeiro dia, o Sr Arkhram nao quis resolver, tampouco a gerente Alicie. Pessimo atendimento, cafe sem espaco, sem controle, pois o nosso estava incluso e todo dia queriam cobrar, desorganizados. Nao vou mais ficar em hoteis da rese marroot bonvoy.
