7.0Mevrouw heeft haar uiterste best gedaan het ons naar de zin te maken, ontbijt was prima
− De aankomst was rampzalig, volgens jullie papieren konden we om 15.00 inchecken, alles op slot, groot bord buiten restaurant gesloten. Een kleine kennisgeving aan een raam met de vermelding dat je wel kamers kon huren via een telefoon nummer. Dit nummer is niet in gebruik, kregen we te horen. Boeking gebeld het noodnummer, een ramp, inspreken, melden wat er is, snel het nr opgeschreven, gebeld, weer een ander nr en nog een ander nr. maar geen contact. (SLECHT) Om 16.00 kwam er een mevrouw aanrijden die ons wilde inboeken, ik wilde hier niet meer slapen hebben we wel gedaan. Gezien onze leeftijd wilden we niet in het donker naar het ons onbekende Seefeld rijden om een restaurant te zoeken. Het hotel juist geboekt omdat er een restaurant aanwezig én open zou zijn. Mevrouw heeft ons (heel super) gebracht en gehaald naar Seefeld konden we toch eten. Onprettig om met 2 personen in zo’n grote locatie te slapen. En waarom geen kamers aan de achterzijde met minder straatlawaai. Mevrouw heeft echt heel erg haar best gedaan maar het bleef vreemd.

− Das Restaurant im gleichen Haus ist nicht offen. Schade! Die Auswahl an Restaurants zum Nachtessen ist in der näheren Umgebung beschränkt.

5.0Nette Dame am Empfang. Spricht nur kaum deutsch, kein Englisch. Die Zimmergröße war super. Der Ausblick (nach hinten raus) wunderschön. Es gab extra Kakaotabs für die Nespresso und Weihnachtsschokolade für die Kinder :)
− Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Husten aus den Nachbarzimmern. Das Zimmer war eiskalt und die Heizungskörper zu klein, habe es nicht geschafft aufzuheizen. Mussten mit Mützen unter der Decke schlafen.

8.0L'emplacement est top, entre Innsbruck et Seefeld facile d'accès. L'appartement était propre et agréable avec une jolie vue. La dame qui nous a accueilli est très gentille. Nous aurions davantage parlé ensemble si la barrière de la langue n'était pas là. Merci pour la petite attention des chocolats à notre arrivée.
− Il manque peut-être quelques petites choses pour la cuisine. Une passoire pour le riz et les pâtes par exemple.
