Excellent hotel in great location.
10.0The breakfast was very high quality. The selection options were plentiful. The location was very close to tourist attractions and shopping. The hotel is also location next to a subway station so you can reach different areas of the city quickly if needed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions an were very polite
− The windows were old and were not energy efficient. They looked good but could probably be updated. The other facilities were well maintained and worked fine.

10.0Wie schon die Male vorher unser Favorit bei Aufenthalten in Paris. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und man fühlt sich als willkommener Gast. Alles ist tip top. Unserem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer mit Blick auf die Comédie-Française wurde erfüllt. Dazu gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit wegen unseres Jubiläums. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank dafür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Not worth the Money
4.0The breakfast was good but the first day I didn't know there was an a la cart option, so I paid 44 euro for the buffet and only had coffee, yogurt and croissant. Of course the cocktail and wine prices were quite high so we often ended up going to a neighborhood bistro for such. Lots of good restaurants in the area, and being close to the Louvre and Musee Orsay was a plus.
− I was bitten by bugs (fleas? Bed bugs?) and have the photos to prove it. They provided a bed ck, said there were no bugs but changed the sheets anyway. Something was biting me each night. I booked through Booking.com and will be appealing to them for some kind of compensation. I have never experienced this in any of the U.S. Hyatt hotels. Also the traffic noise from our room was disruptive to sleep. We looked out on the back of the Louvre. Perhaps if we had had a room overlooking the center courtyard it would have been quieter.

Please note that children can only sleep using the existing bedding in the Executive room. Please note that extra beds and baby cots are not accepted in Hyatt Queen, Hyatt King Room and Hyatt Queen/King/Twin Rooms with views.
Baby cots are not available in our standard rooms, and sofa beds or extra beds are only offered in our Junior Suites. Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of 50 euros per night.
