Conveniently located near Shibuya Station without being in the centre of the chaos. Good services and amenities, and staff were very courteous and generally helpful.

− When forwarding my luggage to my next location, the front desk had me fill out the waybill myself. Not a problem for me personally but I imagine this would be challenging for non-Japanese speakers.

This is a great hotel, location wise. However, the rooms are a bit small. For the price point, I think there are much better deals out there.

Hotel was clean and customer service was good. Loved the toiletry options and access to water, ice, and tea or ice cream. The room was very small for two people and was a little crammed but decent for sleep. It's about a 25 min walk to Shibuya scramble and there's a few restaurants in the area
