Breakfast was good Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Food at the restaurant was good with a good menu variety Nice ambience with river view, trees and nature are well maintained

− Digital TV - not working in rainy condition. Some room light switches difficult to find. The room rate was on higher side compared to the amenities available.

Allocation of the room was at the extreme end of the resort on the first floor ..despite rooms being available on the ground floor and 1st floor near the common area and facilities.

Stay was Good but Staff Behaviour needs to be improved.

Breakfast & Swimming pool

− Staff Behaviour. Training is required on how to deal with customers. We got the allotment 1 hr late & during checkout time we have been asked to vacate immediately with constant follow up. Staff talked with us so rudely as if we were staying free of cost. We didn't utter a single word for Late Allotment, my family was waiting at reception area & when it comes to Check Out procedure we have been told to vacate it before timing. It was not good experience.
