− Ingen menneskelig kontakt da ikke bemannet resepsjon. Kjøkkenkrok besto hovedsakelig av mikro, oppvaskmaskin og kjøleskap, ingen annet kjøkkenredskap eller utstyr, så egentlig ikke egnet til å berede et måltid selv.

10.0Stort og lækkert værelse. Der var en slags lejlighed med et "køkken" med køleskab og opvaskemaskine og en stor altan. Vi var meget imponerede. Man skal være obs på at hvis man kommer efter et vist tidspunkt, så er der ikke personale til at tage imod dig. Vi kom kl 18. Så man kan ikke bare lige komme forbi, uden at bestille først. Ring på knappen "hotel" ved hovedindgangen og du bliver lukket ind. Inde i receptionen ligger dit værelseskort på disken. Morgen maden var fin og mættende.

− Hotel liegt direkt an einer lauten viel befahrenen Straße. Die Fenster sind 0,0 dicht. Im Haus werden gerade Sanierungen durchgeführt so dass früh um 8 bereits der Stemmhammer und die Bohrmaschine losgingen. Check in nur per Telefon möglich und der Empfang war eine Katastrophe. Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Man musste ständig nachfragen ob es noch Brötchen oder ähnliches gibt. Sonntags haben wir gerade noch einen Platz erhalten. Die Familie die nach uns kam hat gar keinen Platz mehr zum Frühstücken bekommen. Es gab keine Tassen mehr für Kaffee/Tee es gab keine Gläser mehr für Saft. Es gab wieder Brötchen/Brot nur auf nachfrage. Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber in den Ecken hängt der Dreck fest. Die Gardine kam uns entgegen geflogen beim zuziehen…. Alte Hotels sind ja ok aber dann wenigstens sauber und mit ordentlichem Service. Aber das hier nie wieder!
Sehr schlechter Aufenthalt & erhebliche Reisemängel

− Während unseres Aufenthalts für ein langes Wochenende im Juni lagen zahlreiche Mängel vor, die die Nutzung der Unterkunft erheblich beeinträchtigten. Diese wurden bereits während des Aufenthalts angezeigt und im Nachgang ausführlich dokumentiert. Unter anderem bestanden folgende Probleme: - Die Lichtanlage im Zimmer war defekt. Die Beleuchtung konnte ausschließlich über den Sicherungskasten gesteuert werden. Eine Einweisung erfolgte nicht. Dieser Mangel wurde vom Hotel selbst bestätigt. - Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt (Müll mit benutzten Windeln, keine frischen Handtücher, erhebliche Geruchsbelästigung). - In der Küche war kein Warmwasser verfügbar. - Die Dusche war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar (kaum Wasser aus der Kopfbrause, defekte Halterung der Handbrause). - Mehrere Gardinen waren nicht befestigt, sodass keine ausreichende Verdunkelung möglich war (insbesondere problematisch mit kleinen Kindern). - Defekte bzw. mangelhafte Ausstattung (z. B. loser Toilettendeckel, fehlende Halterung für Zahnputzbecher). - Verschmutzte Tassen befanden sich bereits bei Ankunft im Schrank. - Erhebliche Lärmbelastung trotz geschlossener Fenster durch Lage an der Hauptstraße. Das Hotel hat zunächst einen sehr geringen Betrag als „Kulanz“ angeboten, diesen nach meiner begründeten Stellungnahme jedoch vollständig zurückgezogen und weitere Gespräche abgelehnt. Dieses Verhalten des Hoteliers zeigt, wie man in dieser Branche auf keinen Fall mit seinen Kunden umgeht.
