L’aria condizionata è stata fondamentale per la sopravvivenza, e il bollitore è stato molto comodo per preparare la colazione. La posizione è ottima, e risulta molto comoda per raggiungere ogni parte del centro.

− L’accoglienza ha lasciato molto a desiderare: nonostante avessimo concordato l’orario di arrivo e rispettato quanto premesso, abbiamo trovato la camera ancora disfatta dagli ospiti precedenti. Per questa ragione, siamo stati costretti a lasciare i bagagli nella stanza e, su consiglio della ragazza che ci ha accolti, “fare un giro” per circa un’ora (con 38 gradi) in attesa che la stanza tornasse disponibile. Avremmo di gran lunga preferito un avviso riguardo lo stato della camera - ed eventualmente rimandare l’orario di check in se necessario - senza dover modificare i piani della giornata per un disagio completamente evitabile. Inoltre, vorremmo fare un appunto sulla professionalità della persona che ci ha accolti che, mentre ci forniva le informazioni sull’alloggio, non si è fatta alcun tipo di problema a rispondere ad una telefonata privata (senza neanche scusarsi), che è si è protratta fino a poco prima che uscissimo dal palazzo. Abbiamo trovato il comportamento estremamente irrispettoso e poco professionale, specie considerato che si trattava appunto di una telefonata privata e non lavorativa. L’aria condizionata, per quanto fondamentale, non risultava essere in alcun modo regolabile, in quando il telecomando del condizionatore era scarico e non c’erano altri mezzi di regolazione della temperatura (fissa a 19 gradi). Per quanto riguarda la colazione, essendo fornito un bollitore consiglieremmo anche l’aggiunta di un paio di tazze per renderne più comodo lo sfruttamento.

Рядом с метро, есть возможность удаленного заселения . Номер маленький, но есть диван, холодильник, чайник

− Удаленное заселение прошло со сложностями, инструкцию отправляет в вотсап, но есть много вопросов которые без дополнительной связи не решить, вайфай на улице не работает, телефон отеля звонит на первом этаже без персонала, очень много ключей и есть сложности с открытием замка. В номере чисто, но в ванной комнате старое мокрое полотенце ты скрытое с волосами мыло, кофе машина течет. До Ватикана 20 минут пешком. Завтрака нет, цена завышена.
