10.0Teresa manages a charming guesthouse with great care. The welcoming atmosphere, high-quality accommodations, warm hospitality, and delicious home-cooked meals all create a perfect escape from daily life. The beautiful surroundings and nearby hiking spots add to the experience.

10.0The building itself is absolutely stunning, made of stone and wood. Worth a visit, just to see it. Theresa is one of the greatest host I've met, friendly and willing to accommodate your needs the best she can. The breakfast is good with home made cakes, Italian style but you can make other requests in advance if you have special dietary needs. The location and neighbourhood is pictoresque, remote and quiet and we used it as a stop while going to Rome. The navigation took us straight to the property, however on the way, there was a narrow road with a great concrete barrier, only opened wide enough for card to get through. So no camper van size would fit through. If this concerns you, check your route before going.
− The TV noise and voices from other guests across the room, was heard very loud late at night, but once I've knocked the door and explained, they lowered all volume.
A few relaxing days in a hidden Tuscan oasis.
10.0Pretty much everything. Teresa is a terrific host, the place is warm, cozy, and well equipped for a few days of relax. We enjoyed great breakfasts and a couple of nicely prepared and presented dinners. Our room was spotless and quiet. Prices are unbelievable if compared with other places in Tuscany. The nearby little town, while not outstanding,offers some good options for dining and a well managed and informative tourist office. Finally there are several interesting hikes and trekking paths that you start from the aerea. And obviously you’re in Tuscany with superlative spots all around you.
− The property is outstanding. One suggestion is to add a map highlighting a couple of well maintained trails for the customers. This way even when the tourist office is closed, residents may get up to date information on what to do around. One note: be aware that cards are not accepted. Not a big issue since you may find a working ATM in town (2 miles).
