5.0Nos gustó la ubicación, permite que la vista en el balcón sea hermosa durante la mañana. El desayuno también fue un aspecto muy positivo. Hubo una de las niñas que nos atendió fue muy gentil.
− La habitación que nos toco tenia poca aislación acústica, se escuchan sonidos del exterior y de las habitaciones contiguas, había algunos detalles en el baño (una baldosa suelta) y a el mobiliario del dormitorio le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento.
Mala atención.
1.0El ingreso, el sábado 18 de Julio de 2026 ingresamos con mi pareja y el recibimiento fue muy grato por una señora.
− La atención, el mismo sábado 18 pero más tarde al solicitar a recepción dos vasos la respuesta del recepcionista el señor César Luis Torres fue pésima, aludiendo a que el estaba en un velorio y que debía dejar de estar en el velorio por ir a pasarme el par de vasos. Después más tarde a eso de las 00:00 ya del día domingo 19 mi pareja quiso darse una ducha, fue al baño y al entrar a la ducha se percato que no salía agua caliente, llamé al número de recepción para comunicar que no salía agua caliente, al no recibir respuesta alguna decidí ir a recepción donde me atendió pésimo el señor recepcionista César Luis Torres diciéndome que no eran horas de estar molestando por servicios. Yo le hice ver que no lo estaba molestando por nada fuera de lugar ya que el agua caliente estaba dentro del servicio contratado. Lamentablemente no puedo dejar un buen comentario, ni recomendarlos debido a la pésima atención de este señor.

4.0La vista hacia el mar.
− Las sábanas tenían pelos y estaban rotas, igual quemaduras de planchado. El baño de la habitación 7, es su WC tenía un pelo, y además la ducha tenía hongos en parte de abajo.

8.0La atención de la señora Adriana fue de lo mejor; fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos dio indicaciones sobre dónde visitar.
− EL servicio de agua caliente para tomar té no funciona a todo horario, Solo fue así con la señora Adriana, con la otra persona que hizo de anfitrión no se pudo hacer. Quizás como medida sería mejor comprar un dispensador grande de agua para que la gente pueda sacar agua caliente.
