10.0If I could give Hotel Barocco more than 5 stars, I would. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, directions, or just answering questions, they always went above and beyond. The breakfast staff and bartenders were amazing as well and helped create such a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Marco, who is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He always had a smile on his face, took the time to talk with guests, and made everyone feel welcome. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about making sure people have a great experience, and Marco was a big reason why our stay was so memorable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were excellent after a long day of walking around Rome. You can tell the hotel takes pride in keeping everything clean and in great condition. The location couldn’t be better. The Metro station is right outside the hotel, and Roma Termini is only two stops away, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. At the same time, many of Rome’s most famous attractions are within walking distance. We were able to easily walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Rinascente, and many great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. What I loved most about Hotel Barocco is that it combines a perfect location with outstanding service. A lot of hotels have one or the other, but this hotel truly has both. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. I would recommend Hotel Barocco to anyone visiting Rome without hesitation. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would gladly stay here again. Thank you to Marco and the entire team for making our trip so special and memorable.
