8.0Nice staff and served food until late evening in the bar area. Great location in a very nice area, near to local tube station, shops, taxi rank opposite and a lovely tea room the Muffin Man. Felt safe as a solo female traveller.
− The rooms aren't soundproof had really noisy guests with children above my room , can also hear guests in their bathrooms going to the toilet!! Looks like the actual Swimming pool needs a good cleaning when you're swimming you can see all the tiles are extremely grubby in the pool. Lifeguard very laxed with poor safety supervision he only stayed a short time even though there were people still using the pool
