8.0I had a very enjoyable three-night stay at voco Southampton by IHG. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the waterfront and city centre, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to assist, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
− Overall, my experience was very positive. I have no significant complaints.
This is a great hotel for any occasion, but if you're boarding a cruise ship, then this is the one!
10.0First of all, this hotel is a five minute walk from the Southampton Cruise Terminal - Fantastic! The room was very comfortable with a great view. There was a great restaurant right across the parking lot. Also, this hotel is located within walking distance of a charming area which is full of restaurants, shops and nice places to hangout. Breakfast was amazing. One of the best buffets we've ever experienced. Staff gave us helpful recommendations and were very friendly.

6.0Great location for cruise departures
− Lifts in the morning were a huge issue. Tiny and didn't work to full capacity. Some elderly people who could use the stairs were waiting 30 mins. Also our room was entered by another party. Apparently the front desk staff hadn't closed it off and when reported she seemed to find it funny. The concierge tried to make things better by offering us a free drink which was kind of him , but I feel this was a serious error.
