− One of our party had an issue getting a drink and the young barman in training could do with an etiquette lesson

− No towels left after cleaning after first night, and no biscuits left on first morning
A great Hotel with lovely staff
10.0The gentleman on the front desk was being trained, he apologised for check in taking a while and explained it was his 3rd day. He was so polite, happy and maintained eye contactand a smile whilst talking to me. He made the start of my stay very welcoming.
