− Clean room, clean pool and friendly staff.

1.0The beds were soft and comfy. The check in clerk was nice and welcoming but it took a while to get him upon arrival. I had to call him.
− The bathrooms were nasty. Built up dirt around the bathtub and toilet. The inside of the tub wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival either. It was stained and had dirt. I checked out the pool area and it stunk so bad I wouldn’t let the kids in.

− Lied about the price, breakfast machines were all broken, baby crib was actually just a pack n play that hadn’t been cleaned and was full of crumbs and reeked of perfume.
