7.0The staff was attentive and polite The rooms are cleaned daily. The location is very good - close to Oxford street. Tube stations are very close.
− Rooms are small. I ordered bigger room but the bed was too small for a couple.so I got a smaller room with a bigger bed which makes no sense what so ever. The shelves on both sides of the bed were tiny so stuff kept falling down. Breakfast was poor. No coffee machine, no toaster so you need to keep asking the stuff for coffee ect. Also they don't serve eggs in a buffet claiming it's due to salmonella. Also not reasonable. The variety of the food was poor and same everyday. I think the management should do rethinking...

9.0La ubicacion es fantastica. Zona con muy buen ambiente y restauracion.Muy proxima a oxford street. El personal es muy amable. Hemos pasado una estancia fantastica.
− Se escucha el ruido del metro que pasa por debajo del edificio, pero al estar en la segunda planta nuestra habitacion tampoco era excesivamente molesto el ruido. Recomiendo reservar en las plantas mas altas del hotel.
Enjoyed a brilliant stay for my wife’s special birthday. Balloons and a bottle of wine were really appreciated

− The ONLY problem was the room was above the entrance with the flags that made a hell of a noise in the wind!! Would stay again....just not near that room!
